Social media marketing

Running a brand's social accounts is not the same as posting. It is deciding what the account is for, making content good enough to earn attention, replying to the people who respond, and putting budget behind what works.

Overview

What social media marketing includes

Social media marketing covers everything between the strategy and the comment section: planning what to publish, producing it, publishing it, talking to the audience, and using paid promotion to reach people who do not already follow you.

It splits into two halves that need each other. Organic builds the account's character and gives people a reason to trust you — it is slow and compounds. Paid buys reach immediately but only works as well as the creative it is amplifying. Brands that treat them as separate budgets usually underperform on both.

Platform choice matters more in this region than generic advice suggests. Saudi audiences behave differently on Snapchat and TikTok than Egyptian audiences do; LinkedIn matters for some B2B categories and is a waste of effort for others. We pick platforms from where your customers are, not from a standard package.

Audience

Who this is for

  • Brands with accounts that have gone quiet — inconsistent posting, falling reach, no clear voice.
  • Businesses whose content looks fine but does not sell — good design, no strategy behind it.
  • Companies handling social internally and losing time to it, without the design and video capacity to keep quality up.
  • E-commerce brands that need content and paid campaigns working together rather than in separate silos.
  • Service businesses — clinics, real estate, education, hospitality — where social is the main channel for enquiries.
  • New brands starting accounts from zero and needing the voice and visual system defined properly the first time.

Problems

The problems it solves

  • Posting into silence

Content goes out on schedule and nothing comes back — because it was made to fill a calendar rather than to interest anyone.

  • Inconsistent look and voice

Every post looks like it came from a different company, so nothing accumulates into a recognisable brand.

  • Reach falling over time

Formats that worked two years ago keep being reused while the platforms have moved on.

  • Ads amplifying weak creative

Paid budget makes a mediocre post reach more people, which mostly buys more indifference.

  • Unanswered messages

Comments and DMs are where buying intent shows up. Left unanswered for days, that intent goes to a competitor.

  • No idea what is working

Follower count goes up, sales do not, and no one can point at which content did anything useful.

Scope

What we do

  • Account strategy

What each platform is for, who it speaks to, the content pillars, and the tone the account holds consistently.

  • Content planning

A monthly plan built around themes and campaigns, agreed in advance so production is never rushed.

  • Design and copy

Post design, carousels, stories and captions in Arabic and English — written natively, not translated.

  • Video and motion

Reels, short-form video and motion graphics produced in-house, built to stop the scroll and serve the campaign goal.

  • Community management

Replying to comments and messages within agreed hours, and escalating real enquiries to your team.

  • Paid campaigns

Promotion of what is already performing, plus campaigns built for a specific objective. Covered in depth under media buying.

  • Reporting

A monthly read of what happened, what we learned, and what changes next month — not a screenshot of the platform dashboard.

Process

How we work

  1. 1

    Audit

We go through the existing accounts, the competitors and the category: what has performed, what has not, and what the audience already responds to.

  2. 2

    Strategy and voice

Platforms, content pillars, visual direction and tone — signed off before production starts so revisions do not eat the schedule.

  3. 3

    Monthly plan

The next month's content mapped out and approved in one round, with room kept for anything timely.

  4. 4

    Production

Design, copy, video and motion produced by the same team, so a campaign holds together across formats.

  5. 5

    Publishing and community

Scheduled publishing at the right times per platform, and active replies while the post is still live in the feed.

  6. 6

    Amplify and report

Budget goes behind what earns attention organically. At month end we report honestly and adjust the next plan.

Questions

Common questions

What does social media management include?

In our scope it covers strategy, content planning, design and copy, video and motion production, scheduling, community management, and reporting. Paid campaigns can be included or handled separately under media buying.

The exact volume — how many posts, how many videos, which platforms — is agreed per client, because a single-platform account and a four-platform launch are very different amounts of work.

How long before we see results?

Paid campaigns produce measurable data within days, though the first weeks are largely learning which audiences and creatives work.

Organic growth is slower and compounds — the honest answer is months, not weeks. Any agency promising a fixed follower number by a fixed date is guessing. What we commit to is consistent quality and an honest reading of the numbers.

Do you write Arabic content or translate it?

We write it. Translated captions read as translated, and audiences notice immediately. Arabic content is written in Arabic for the market it is aimed at, with the tone adjusted for Saudi or Egyptian audiences where that matters.

Which platforms should we be on?

That is a strategy question, not a package question. It depends on who buys from you, what they use, and what your content can realistically sustain. Being genuinely good on two platforms beats being thin on five — we would rather recommend fewer platforms and do them properly.

Do you work with Saudi businesses?

Yes — Saudi Arabia is one of our two main markets, alongside Egypt. We work with clients in Riyadh, Jeddah and the wider Gulf, and produce content in Arabic and English for both markets.

Can you take over accounts we already have?

Yes, and it is the more common case. We start with an audit so we keep whatever is already working, rather than resetting an account that has taken years to build an audience.
